Shipping policy

• Orders will be processed within 24 hours

• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be shipped the next business day

• We strive to deliver within 2 to 5 working days

• You will receive by email with a track & trace code as soon as the shipment has been processed

• You will then receive an e-mail and/or an SMS update from our shipper as soon as your order been has shipped

• If you are not at home, your order will be shipped to the nearest service point for collection

• All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt
